The hotel's location is great, close to UMass and within walking distance to Amherst College. The rooms were comfortable and had a coffee machine and refrigerator, but I found hair on the blanket. The service was a mix of positives and negatives, with blamed service issues on the rainy weather. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Amherst, but could use a basic refurbishment. Dining options were limited, with room service being a disappointment. The facilities were decent, but the hotel could improve in some areas.
